1838-1924

For 38 years, president of the Frauen Verein Naechstenliebe or Friendly Sisters which was a leading Hebrew charitable organization in Newark. She was named an honorary life member and honorary president of the organization and the oldest member as of 1910, having been a member for 48 years.

She lived in Newark since her marriage, more than 65 years. In 1880 she lived at 158 William St. She was active in Oheb Shalom synagogue.
