1879-1962

Head of Newark’s business library from 1907-1917 or 1919. Inducted into Special Library hall of fame in 1959 with Alma Mitchell. Helped found the Special Libraries Association. Later became a bookseller in New York (Ball & Wilde) and died in Hartford, CT.

Born in Pennslyvania, graduated Pratt Library School in 1902.
