1862-1927

Supervisor of grammar grades Newark Pubic Schools (1902). Became associated with Public library. About 1906-1910, served as superintendent in the Summit Schools. Potentially ousted because she was a woman.

1912 became Educational Advisor to the Library and Museum. Wrote many publications. Trained museum apprentices. Original member of the National Committee for better films.
