Anna Luella Seager was Associate Supervisor of the Newark Normal School and later Associate Professor Education at New Jersey State Teacher’s College. She planned international trips for the students, specializing in taking students through Europe for study.
Anna worked at the Normal School/Teacher’s College (now Kean) from 1917, until her retirement in 1950. During WWI she was secretary of the Women’s Land Army of NJ and did Red Cross Work. She was a member of the Trinity Cathedral, the National and NJ Education Associations, the Forest Hill Reading Club and the Forest Hill Saturday Night Literary Club.
Born in New York, Anna graduated Columbia University. Upon her death she lived at 254 Mount Prospect Avenue.
