Soprano who performed throughout the United States and Canada at least through the 1930s.
She said, “I am a Newark girl through and through. I was born here and my father was born here too and my mother’s only regret is that she wasn’t born here too.” She graduated Chestnut Street Grammar School and Barringer High School.
She lived on Rose Terrace and Belmont St and lived in Newark though at least 1935 and NJ for most of her life.
